Behestan Tolid Co. -a pharmaceutical manufacturing Co. - is establishing a new plant in 120 km south of Tehran at Kaveh industry city, according to highest GMP standards, to gain more flexibility and penetrate to Europe and US pharmaceutical market.

Plant specifications:
-Plant area: 7000 m2 located in more than 12000 m2 green land
-Types products: -general tablets and capsules,
-immunosuppressive capsules
-Plant capacity: -3 billion tablets, 4 manufacturing line
- 1.2 billion capsules (include 100 million immunosuppressive capsules), 4 manufacturing line
-Commissioning time: - Packaging line: March 2009
- Whole lines: Jan 2010
-GMP consultant: GEMPEX Co. (Germany) as a foreign consultant to get European GMP approval for Behestan Tolid’s plant.
